We work under either deliverable-based or time-based contracts, and can use your own contract templates and sign an NDA. Contracts are made with our corporate entity.

Yes. We are a registered qualified invoice issuer, so we issue qualified invoices that support your input tax credit.

Yes. We take on everything from one- to two-week PoCs to hourly spot consultations. Just tell us where things stand.

The initial discovery call and quote are free, with no obligation to proceed.

No. We communicate primarily over text (chat and email) — keeping specs and progress in writing reduces misunderstandings and makes decisions traceable later. We're happy to hold online meetings when they're needed.

That's the goal. Alongside the implementation, we hand over documentation covering the architecture and how to make changes, so your team can operate and extend it independently.

Japanese, Chinese and English. Chinese is our native language, so projects involving Chinese-language sites, documents or counterparties are handled directly, without going through translation.

It varies considerably with the model and volume. At quoting time we estimate the monthly running cost based on your expected usage, and propose model and architecture choices that keep it down.
