How We Work

Communication

We communicate primarily via text (chat/messaging). Keeping specifications and progress in writing reduces misunderstandings and makes it easy to trace decisions later. We're happy to have calls or meetings when needed, but we recommend sharing discussion points in writing beforehand.

Delivery

We aim to deliver more than just working code — our goal is for your team to be able to maintain and extend it independently. Deliverables include documentation covering system architecture and how to make changes.

Contracts & Invoicing

We can contract as a corporate entity. As a registered qualified invoice issuer, we can issue qualified invoices, supporting your input tax credit.

Availability

We're generally available on weekday evenings and weekends. Please reach out in advance for urgent requests.

How a project runs

From first contact to delivery, projects generally follow the steps below. Nothing is charged before the quote.

  1. Get in touch

    Reply within 2 business days

    Reach out via the form or by email. Early-stage enquiries and information gathering are equally welcome.

  2. Discovery call

    30–60 min / free

    We discuss your current challenges and what you want to achieve — online or over text. We can sign an NDA beforehand if needed.

  3. Scoping and quote

    3–7 business days / free

    We define what is in scope and what is not, then provide a timeline and cost. Nothing is charged up to this point.

  4. Contract

    1–3 business days

    We work under either deliverable-based or time-based contracts, including your own contract templates. Qualified invoices are issued.

  5. Development

    From 2 weeks

    Progress is shared weekly. We show something working early on so you can confirm the direction as we build.

  6. Delivery and support

    Ongoing available

    You receive the source code along with documentation covering the architecture and how to make changes. Ongoing improvement work is available on request.
